Fleet Detailing

Your Fleet Is Your Business Card

Every van with your name on it is advertising, whether it is clean or not. A customer who watches a filthy truck pull into their driveway has already decided something about how you work.

We come to your lot, before hours or after, and work through the vehicles on a schedule you set. Nothing has to be driven anywhere and nobody loses a day of work. The same goes for dealership lots and for companies that offer detailing to their employees.

How It Works

We Work Around Your Schedule, Not Ours

The reason most fleets go unwashed is not cost, it is hassle — somebody has to drive each vehicle somewhere and wait. We remove that part entirely.

We come to your lot — no vehicles off the road, no drivers sitting at a wash
Before hours, after hours or weekends, whichever keeps your vehicles working
Fully self-contained — we bring our own water and power, so we need nothing from your building
A set rotation — weekly, biweekly or monthly — so the fleet never gets back to where it started
Interior and exterior, or exterior only on a faster rotation
One point of contact, so nobody has to explain the job twice
One invoice on your billing cycle — biweekly, monthly or quarterly — instead of a stack of car wash receipts
Who We Work With

Not Just Work Trucks

Most of our volume work is service vehicles, the kind that sit in a customer's driveway while the job gets done. But the same arrangement works for any group of vehicles parked in one place on a regular schedule.

Service Vans

HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pest control. Branded, parked out front, seen by every customer.

Contractor Trucks

Pickups and work trucks that take a beating. Interiors usually need it more than the paint.

Delivery & Courier

High mileage, short stops, constant road grime. Built for a tight regular rotation.

Client-Facing Cars

Real estate, sales, black car. Customers ride in these, so the interior matters most.

Dealerships

Getting trade-ins ready to sell, keeping inventory clean on the lot, and final detail before a sold car gets handed over.

Employee Perk

Companies that offer detailing to their staff as a perk. We set up in your lot on a set day, work through the list, and send the company one invoice.

Pricing

Priced Per Vehicle, Per Visit

Fleet pricing comes down to how many vehicles you run, their size and condition, and how often we come out. More vehicles and a regular rotation bring the per-vehicle number down. You get one flat per-visit price you can budget against — not a range, and not a surprise at the end.

We start with a short meeting at your lot to see what you run and what you actually need. Four things get us to a number:

What You Run

How many vehicles and what type — vans, pickups, cars, box trucks.

How Deep

Interior and exterior, or exterior only on a tighter schedule.

How Often

Weekly, biweekly, monthly, or a one-time reset to start.

Where and When

Where they park and the window when they are actually sitting still.

Questions

Answered Straight

How many vehicles do I need for a fleet rate?

There is no hard minimum. Tell us what you run and we will tell you honestly whether a fleet rate saves you anything or whether you are better off booking them individually.

Do you need our water or power?

No. We are fully self-contained. We need parking spots and access to the lot, nothing else.

Can you come before or after hours?

Yes, and that is usually the point. Tell us the window when the vehicles are sitting still and we will work inside it.

Do you do the interiors on work trucks?

Yes. On a work truck the interior is usually in worse shape than the paint, and it is what your crew sits in all day.

What about winter?

Winter is when a rotation matters most — road salt sits on the paint and gets tracked through the interior. We keep washing through the season, and if the weather makes a visit pointless we move it to another day that week at no charge.

What if a visit has to move?

Weather is on us — we move the visit to another day that week at no charge. If you need to change a scheduled visit, 48 hours notice is free. Less than that and a $25 reschedule fee applies.

How does billing work?

We invoice on whatever cycle fits your books — biweekly, monthly or quarterly. One invoice for the whole fleet per cycle, not a separate charge per vehicle per visit.

Where do you work?

Pontiac, Bloomfield Hills, Birmingham, Auburn Hills, Waterford, West Bloomfield, Rochester Hills, Troy, Clarkston and across Oakland County.
